  Professional Carreer

  More than fifteen years in statistic institutions, insurance companies, automotive industry, appliances and financial sector.
  In insurance companies he has worked in management positions in technical areas, computer science, reinsurance, administration, human resources and sales; he has designed and implanted electronic systems and development of new products, quality systems, performance evaluation, human resources inventory, training programs and motivation.
  In the industrial sector has advised in quality systems, transformation outlines, re-engineering of processes, theory of restrictions, mappings, generation of manuals and documentation, processes of continuous improvement, Kaizen and six sigma.

   

  Professional Expertise

  In programs of six sigma he has participated as instructor, carrying out applications in insurance companies (Agroasemex), appliances (Mabe), food (Grupo Gamesa), metal mechanics and the automotive sector (Luk).
  Martín has teaching experience on: engineering of processes, administration and managements, administration of risks, quality, financial engineering, leadership, marketing, motivation, Balanced Scorecard, human resources and strategic planning.
  In 2001 Martín joined the group of consultants of KAIZEN Institute.

  Actuary for the UNAM, Master in Business Administration, expert in administration of risks for the Swiss Re (Switzerland), expert in Statistical Control of Processes with the Ford Program, Graduate in Development of Managerial Abilities, Design of Experiments, Taguchi Methodology of Engineering of Quality, Theory of Restrictions and human resources for the ITESM, Kaizen Development, Graduate in Marketing for the Ibero-American University.
